I will breakdown your swing and pitching mechanics and tell you exactly what you are doing  (right and wrong) .  It is critical to identify what is actually going on first, before beginning to start unravel things. 

I will warn you.  Almost always, it's more than just one thing that is going on.  Well meaning parents and coaches out there will know exactly what I'm talking about when I say this, but if you are not careful you can end up causing more problems in the process of trying to solve just one thing.  It's can result in a game of whack-a-mole (literally).  Stop guessing and get it fixed.
