Exactly "WHY" he wasn't getting the outcome he desired on his pitches (FB, CB, SL & CU) and how to make the necessary adjustments to sharpen them up to make the more effective. In fact, all of his pitches improved and its evident in his stats. Ryan improved in every pitching category from last season ERA 1.50, WHIP 0.980,

Coach Shawn quickly assessed his mechanics and in just a couple of months Carter was CRUSHING the ball. He also had the best season he has ever had as well. Coach Shawn does a lot more than instruct. He asks questions to ensure player comprehension and teaches them to become their own coach so that they can make in-game adjustments on their own. Coach also uses technology which is amazing as well, because he analyzes video on the big screen monitor, as well as seeing velos, you always have feedback to improve.
