Program Information:
-Designed with baseball players in mind (Pitchers, Catchers & Hitters, but all positions can benefit)
-You have to remember this simple fact that ALL baseball players throw as part of their job.
-Pitchers and catchers, specifically, have a greater need for making their arm/shoulder and entire Kinetic Chain more durable. It is one of your baseball tools that is always on display when you play the game.
-A strong arm sets you apart from the pack.
-Lower body hitting & pitching mechanics are improved with this program.
-Do what the MLB and College Baseball Players do and take care of their most valuable tool.
-Learn to use the lower half is vital to take stress and pressure off the elbow and shoulder. We focus on this.
-Most players of all ages are lacking baseball athleticism and we focus on this as well.
-Strength, power, endurance, flexibility, stability, mobility, agility, explosiveness, speed, balance, coordination,
reaction time, mental game are all addressed.
-Exercises and activities to help baseball players become better movers
-Baseball performance has unique physical demands that require specialized training needs
-Take your game to the next level.
-Our players do everything from Yoga, plyometrics, explosiveness work, how to apply force via the ground, understanding their body and how it works from a baseball sense.
-We do Arm Care and body weight exercises, as well as age appropriate weight lifting.
-Players are introduced and taught how to lift and get familiar with the "gym".
It's a perfect introductory program for the player who needs to LEARN how to workout.

BP Days & Nuke Nights
- BP (Batting Days) Days & Nuke Nights are primarily the same, just one occurs during the "Day Time" and the other at Night.
-Both are typically for older players and is hitting off the Hack Attack pitching machine or coach toss. Sometimes we have stations with tees as well.
-Encouraging environment that focuses less on the mechanics and more on getting lots of reps
- Hitting groups for swings off the Hack Attack, Iron Mike machines, hitting tees and coach pitch.
- Perfect for getting primed for spring tryouts, big game or weekend tourney
-Perfect to practice your timing
-Lots of opportunities to challenge yourself against others in a fun, positive and sometimes competitive environment
-Ages 11 and up
-You must register ahead of time, limited space, no drop-ins.
